A freedom of motion, a freedom of attitude, and most importantly a freedom from the heavy anxiety that hangs over the day to day quality of life. Anxiety that is not misplaced. With the frightening issues that threaten our health, lurking in the shadows for the least opportune moment to attack, loosing the weight delivers one from the stress of becoming a victim to many of those issues. Osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), sleep apnea, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes can no longer take such an overwhelming purchase on the future, once the path to earnestly loosing the weight is taken. Next to the dramatic increase of a physically healthier life is the psychological liberty that loosing the weight brings. How about seeing an opportunity before you, and not be faced with the fear that you may not be up for the task? To not get winded, to stay ahead of the pack, to dodge embarrassment, to charge into whatever adventure lies ahead, and know that you can handle it, mentally and physically, is a feeling to be treasured. Overall, the incredible benefits of dropping what holds a person down will always outweigh the detraction of holding onto it, regardless of how comforting it may seem at the present. Loosing the stress, loosing the fear, loosing the risks to one's longevity, can begin with loosing the weight. And it can all add up to gaining more happiness, more freedom and a vastly increased quality of life.

This could include anything from walking to other less intensive exercise that will help you to have consistent fat loss, allowing you to loose weight consistently and keep it off.
